2. Place and test your QR signs
Your Ceremony at 4:00 PM is on the schedule. Allow time for guests to arrive before it starts. Ask a helper to put signs by the guest book, bar and reception tables. Scan a printed sign and upload a test photo at the venue. If the connection is weak, guests can save their photos and upload later.

3. Give guests a quick invitation
Ask your DJ, MC or a friend to share this during a pause, not over a toast or dance. If your ceremony is unplugged, wait until it is over.
