Common questions about plans, payments, and what's included

Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You pay a one-time fee for each event. Your event gallery stays online for one full year from the date you purchase.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. You can start a free trial to set up your event page, test the QR code, and see how the upload process works. You only need to pay when you are ready to unlock the full capacity limits.
What happens if I need more than 1,000 photos?
If you start with the Basic plan and your guests are snapping more photos than expected, you can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time.
Do guests need to create an account?
Never. We use secure cookies to let guests manage their own uploads anonymously. They just scan, snap, and upload.
Can I add the Scavenger Hunt to the Basic plan?
Yes. You can buy the Scavenger Hunt as a separate add-on without upgrading to Pro. Just keep in mind that photos submitted for challenges will count toward your 1,000 upload limit.
What counts as a "co-host"?
A co-host is a teammate who helps you run the event. They can log in to your dashboard to moderate photos, organize tags, and adjust settings so you do not have to do it all yourself. Basic includes one slot (perfect for a spouse or planner), while Pro lets you invite up to 10 people.
