Getting Started

Do my guests need to download an app?
Nope. Your guests just scan your custom QR code and upload photos or videos directly from their phone browser. There are no accounts to create and no apps to download. It is fast and easy for everyone.
What is the Scavenger Hunt?
It is a fun way to get your guests involved. Included in the Pro plan, you can set up to 15 challenges like “find someone wearing red” or “capture a group selfie.” Guests upload photos to match the prompts and compete to complete the list.

Event Management

Can I approve photos before they appear in the gallery?
Yes. You have full control. You can review every upload and decide to approve, hide, or delete it. This way you ensure your public gallery only shows the moments you want to share.
Can I customize the event page?
Definitely. You can choose your brand colors, write a custom headline, and add a welcome message. The page will look and feel like part of your event, not a generic tool.
Can I invite someone to help me manage the event?
Yes. You do not have to do it alone. The Basic plan lets you invite one co-host. The Pro plan lets you invite up to 10. Your team can help you moderate photos and manage settings.
How long can guests upload photos?
You set the schedule. You can open uploads before the event starts, keep them open during the party, and extend the window up to 60 days after the event for any late additions.

Pricing & Plans

How much does it cost?
We keep it simple. The Basic plan is $49 per event and includes 1,000 uploads. The Pro plan is $99 per event, includes 5,000 uploads, and adds the Scavenger Hunt feature. Both plans keep your photos safe online for one year.
What happens if I need more than 1,000 photos?
The Basic plan covers up to 1,000 photos and videos. If you are hosting a larger event, the Pro plan handles up to 5,000 uploads.

Privacy & Downloads

How do I get my photos after the event?
You can download your photos and videos at any time. We let you create filtered ZIP bundles, so you can download just the ceremony photos, just the scavenger hunt entries, or everything at once.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We store all media on secure enterprise cloud infrastructure. We do not ask guests for personal data to upload photos, and we track uploads using secure anonymous cookies.
